We have known Mariela since she was a little girl. Our mothers grew up together, so when her mom told us that her little girl was getting married, we didn't even hesitate to begin planning.  Mariela knew exactly what she wanted - down to the sea shells she wanted to incorporate into her big day.  Together, we organized her bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and we even "married" her!

The bride paid tribute to her homeland, Honduras, by having a steel-drum band play throughout the bridal procession. When it came time for the father-daughter dance, there wasn't a dry eye in the house (including us). We are just waiting for Mariela to call us tell us she is pregnant, so we can begin planning that baby shower!
